Hinj Redesign
While my original design of the Hinj laptop stand definitely fits a certain aesthetic, I wanted to revisit this project to give it the sleek, matte aluminum treatment that most laptops have today.
Parts View
This version is made almost entirely of milled aluminum parts, along with a silicone wrist rest and grips to hold the laptop in place.
Compact Design
Using aluminum for the body of this design allows for the overall footprint to be more compact, while not sacrificing any functionality.
Sleek Functionality
Instead of being organized in an internal compartment, cables are now wound around interchangeable stud attachments. This opens the door for more types of attachments that fit the users specific needs.
