As a Graphic Designer at Christopher Todd, I developed and executed cohesive visual assets across print, digital, web, and social platforms, ensuring a consistent and elevated brand presence. I played a key role in the creation and successful launch of a new sub-brand under the flagship, contributing to its identity and market positioning. My work supported the opening of five new communities by delivering impactful marketing materials and visuals tailored to each location.
New Brand Development
When I joined Christopher Todd, each community was defined by one of two established brands. Either the flagship Christopher Todd Communities, or Cottage Living. As the portfolio expanded to include communities with distinct characteristics that did not fully fit either identity, it became clear a more flexible third brand was needed. This was the reasoning behind creating Christopher Todd Neighborhoods.
Brand Books
These books provide the communities with a comprehensive guide to the brand’s identity, marketing materials, apparel, social media usage, and more.
Cottage Living Brand Book
While the brand colors and logo for Cottage Living had already been established when I joined Christopher Todd, a comprehensive brand book was needed to ensure consistent use of marketing materials across all channels.

After the branding for Christopher Todd Neighborhoods had been established, a separate brand book was created for their unique identity.
Digital Catalogs
While the brand books provide the communities with the information needed to understand the ethos of the brand, these catalogs were developed as a way to streamline the ordering and production of all branded items. Collateral, flyers, and paperwork are all easily downloadable, while ordering instructions and pricing are provided for all other branded items.

Collateral/Flyers
Each community requires flyers and collateral tailored to their own specifications. Some of these materials are made to be editable by each community to adjust times, dates, etc. while others are made for specific events, promotions, or features.

Brand Refresh
Further into my time with Christopher Todd, it was decided that a brand refresh was needed. This would allow for more flexibility when rebranding new communities, and open the door to the possibility of consolidating the three brands under the flagship Christopher Todd Communities.
10 Year Anniversary Logos
For the 10 year anniversary of the company, I was tasked with creating a badge and logo combination to celebrate the accomplishment.
